how to make an appointment

A referral to Dr Habibian prior to your appointment is required. So, discuss your concern with your general practitioner (GP) or cancer care team (oncologist, haematologist or radio-oncologist).

Once your referral has been received our friendly receptionist team will be in touch to arrange a suitable appointment time for you.

Alternatively, if you wish to contact us and book the appointment yourself please contact us.
